E-Commerce:- Online retail is convenient due to its 24-hours availability, reach, and ease of customer service. E-commerce refers to the purchase and sale of goods and services via electronic channels, such as the internet. This means that whenever you buy and sell something using the internet, you are involved in e-commerce.
Types of
E-Commerce Models-
Four main types of e-commerce models can describe almost every transaction that takes place between consumers and businesses.
B2B (Business to Business)-B2B is a kind of E-Commerce in which companies do business with each other for example- manufacturers sell the product to wholesales and wholesales sell to retailers. Now a day B2B service is very important and useful for business class passengers traveling around the world.
B2C (Business to Consumer)-B2C consists of business selling to the general public through shopping cart software, without needing human interaction. An example of this would be Amazon.com or Walmart.com.
C2B (Consumer to Business)- In this system, a consumer would post a project or an object with a set budget online, and any individual or company bid on the project. The consumer Reviews the bids and selects the suitable company according to his requirement.
C2C (Customer to Customer)-E-commerce is a type of E-commerce where an individual can buy and sell their goods, thanks to a system like PayPal. An example of an e-commerce site would be eBay or olx. This type of site is made up of online classified or forums.
